🎁 InnoBuilt “Founding Supporter Giveaway” – Official Terms & Conditions

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All entrants have an equal opportunity to participate through an alternative, no-cost method. See Section 4B for details.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States (excluding Quebec and where prohibited by law), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of InnoBuilt Technologies Inc. or its affiliates are not eligible to participate or win.
3. PROMOTION PERIOD
The giveaway begins on Aug 4, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on Sept 3,2025 at 11:59 PM PST (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside of this timeframe will not be considered eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. Entry via Founding Supporter Purchase – $120 CAD / $100 USD
Entrants who purchase the Tier 1 – Founding Supporter package during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) automatic entry into the giveaway. This package includes:

• 4 exclusive eBooks on sustainable modular housing

• VIP access to monthly behind-the-scenes updates

• Digital Founding Supporter certificate

• Priority access to product releases

• Entry into the giveaway to win one of five (5) modular homes

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without purchase, send a handwritten letter with the following details:

• Full name

• Mailing address

• Phone number

• Email address

• A 200-word original essay on:
  “Why resilient housing matters in 2025 and beyond”

Letters must be postmarked by Aug4,2025 and received no later than Aug19,2025. Each valid AMOE will count as one (1) entry into the giveaway.
5. LIMIT ON ENTRIES
Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified, unless earned through validated referral bonuses via our official KickoffLab referral system. All entries, whether by purchase or AMOE, will be treated equally.
6. PRIZES
🎯 Grand Prizes (5 Winners):

• One (1) complete 700 sq. ft. InnoBuilt modular home

• Approximate retail value: $160,000 CAD ($120,000 USD)

🎁 Regular Prizes (5 Winners):

• A 10% discount on one (1) 700 sq. ft. InnoBuilt modular home

• Approximate discount value: $16,000 CAD (based on $160,000 home)

Please Note:

• Winners are responsible for all shipping, site preparation, permits, foundation, local compliance, and installation costs.

• Homes will ship from our Toronto, ON or Los Angeles, CA hubs.

• Estimated delivery timeline: Q1–Q2 2026 (subject to availability and regulatory approvals).

• Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION & SKILL TESTING REQUIREMENT
Winners will be selected in two stages:
✅ First Draw:
Ten (10) eligible entries will be randomly selected from all qualified submissions at the close of the Promotion Period.
✅ Second Draw:
From the initial ten:

• The five (5) entries with the highest number of valid referral points will be awarded the Grand Prize

• The remaining five (5) will receive the Regular Prize

Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of campaign close and must respond within 10 business days to confirm prize acceptance. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to meet eligibility requirements, an alternate winner will be selected.
✏️ Skill-Testing Requirement (Canadian Residents Only):
To comply with Canadian contest law, all Canadian winners must answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. Example:
 
(16 × 5) – (12 ÷ 4) = ?
Step 1: 16 × 5 = 80 and 12 ÷ 4 = 3
Step 2: 80 – 3 = 77
The question will be administered via email or phone. Prize awards are contingent on the correct answer.
All winners may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility, liability release, and, where permitted, a publicity release.
8. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received. If all 10,000 Founding Supporter spots are filled, odds of selection are 1 in 2,000.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

• InnoBuilt reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or force majeure.

• Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or circumvent entry rules will result in disqualification.

• All taxes, shipping, and associated costs are the sole responsibility of each winner.

• InnoBuilt’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this contest.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless InnoBuilt Technologies Inc., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation or prize use.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
By entering, you consent to receive promotional communications from InnoBuilt. You may opt out at any time. Personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without consent.
